☆Notes/报价说明：

 

1. The above test fee is based on the information and product description provided by the clients. If the sample or information has changed, we have the right to adjustthe quotation and test time.

上述测试费用基于委托方提供的资料和产品描述，若收到的样品或资料有变化，我们有权重新估价及确定测试时间。

 

2. Testing time would be counted since our lab received testing samples, and the delay made by lack of samples, products documents, prepayment will not be count in testing time. If the testing result fails, client should provide modified samples in 3 month, or the case would be close.

 

测试时间是以实验室收到委托方样品、相关资料以及预付款起计算。因样品数量不全、资料不齐，预付款未按时交付，改板重测等原因拖延的时间不计算在内。若案件测试失败，3 个月内未提供改良样品，视同案件结束。

 

3. This quotation would not include product’s modification fee, retest fee, factory inspection fee, certificate annual fee,sample transportation fee that may be required and random test fee of not listed/uncertified parts. Otherwise, need to be point out specially.

如未特别说明，此报价不含样品整改费，重测费，工厂检查费，证书年费，可能需要的样品运输费用，未列名/未认证零部件随机测试费。

 

4. If the client require us to pay the factory inspection fee, certificate annual fee or the fees of the certification body，the client shall pay to us according to the final quotation of the certification body.

 

如需 NTEK 代付工厂检查费，证书年费，机构规费，委托方需要按照机构最终出具的报价单金额支付给 NTEK。

 

5. The client would be charge the fee, if they are responsible for the modified of the certificate or reports, retest and other similar situation.

 

因委托方的原因致使证书和报告需要修改，重测等情况，我们有权要求委托方支付相应款项。

 

6.  Some of the services that we provide may need to be subcontracted to an external laboratory or other certification body that meets requirements. Signing this quotation shows that you expressly agree that we can undertake the subcontracting arrangement without having to obtain your written confirmation again，If subcontracting is produced, the project will be subcontracted to an ISO 17025

为您所提供的部分服务项目可能需要分包到符合要求的外部实验室或其他机构。签订本报价单表明您确认同意我们可以进行分包安排，若产生分包项目，项目将分包到具有有测试能力的实验室。

 

7. In the event of project suspension or termination caused by any reason from the client’s side, the Company reserves the right to require the client to settle the payment of the service carried out by the Company(including the agency test fee, the trustee test and service fee) ,and the prepayments would not be returned.

 

如遇因委托人的原因致使项目延迟或终止之情况，本公司保留要求委托人支付本公司已提供服务款项的权利（含机构规费、测试费及服务费），且预付款不予退回。

 

8. This quotation is valid within 30 days from the date of issue. The dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the people's court of bao’an district of Shenzhen city and shall be subject to Chinese legal arbitration.

此报价从发出之日起 30 天内有效。因本协议产生的争议由深圳市宝安区人民法院管辖，适用中国法律仲裁。

 

9.    During the sample storaged in NTEK, if the sample is damaged (except for normal damage caused by the test) or lost due to our fault, NTEK is only responsible for the compensation of the value of the sample itself, and does not bear other joint liabilities.

 

样品在 NTEK 保存期间，如因我方过错造成样品损坏（正常测试造成的损坏除外）或丢失，我方只负责样品本身价值的赔偿，不承担其他连带责任。

 

10. Please read the above terms carefully before signing the quotation.If you accept all the terms and conditions of this quotation and its attachment, please sign and affix the official sealof your company and then return to us the signed quotation by means of fax or courier. You can also send thesigned quotation back to us by means of email, in which case, the email will not be deemed as properly deliveredto us unless it is confirmed by us with a reply email.

 

请在签署该报价以前，仔细阅读以上条款，如您同意本报价单及其附件的各项条款和条件，请签字并盖章确认后，将确认的报价单以传真或邮递的方式回传给我们。您也可以以电邮的方式回传给我们，如果回传须由我方联系人以电邮回复确认后方可视为报价单被适当传送给我方。
